The job developement centre on gottingen St wont help because I’m on income assistance. She said that I had to go see a career counseler at income assistance
My casework at income assistance says I’m not eligible for a career counseler. Just like I’m not eligible for a bus pass.
I suppose you just can’t win in this city when you’re poor. I think I’m going to take my welfare cheque and move were people don’t descriminate. I’ve got it all my life. I dont know why I wasted so much time here. I believe if I want to work, I shouldnt be denied it for any reason.
If they’re that anal about helping you at all ; why do they even bother funding it in the first place?
