I was just out for a walk not far from where I live, and came across Seamore the Turtle, ‘created with fun by the HRM horticultural staff’. And the thought came to me…why not have a ‘municipal wonder’ in the Coast each week? And while we’re at it, why not a ‘Gee thanks!’ as a contrast to the bitching thing? High time for equal time for positivity, don’t you think???So here is my Gee thanks! To the total stranger who walked by the bench I was loafing on and said “hi, getting cool out isn’t it?”,and just kept walking. Thanks for making contact. I felt visible and human all of a sudden! Felt very nice.
