Our litter has more value?
I am not a litter bug in fact find people who litter to be quite lazy but..I can get a fine up to $450.00 for littering on HRM streets yet case workers/employees/staff from Community Services/Housing and the HRM police can abuse people everyday causing injury and trauma and those agencies who are supposed to be the checks and balances do nothing. Why does HRM/NS law have such respect for our garbage and streets but none for those we call people?
