Apparently all that glitters isn’t officially Golden Arches. I just wandered by the McDonald’s website and clicked the menu that invited me go to check out McD’s sites in Slovenia, Kuwait, France and dozens of other countries. I chose Canada, and got this warning screen telling me that by going to the Canadian home of McDick’s I’m heading to “a site that is controlled by a third party, not affiliated with McDonald’s.”
I clicked through anyway, and found a pretty standard corporate site. How disappointing. I was hoping for something a bit more obviously third party.
