Can I just say, look at how much space the Cogswell Interchange eats/destroys in this picture? Imagine what we could do with that space. I propose, Ferris Wheel/Waterslide/World’s Biggest Bounce Kingdom. You can make similar suggestions at next week’s HRM by Design open house.
