Halifax's Urban Outfitters is no urban myth

Well, look what we have here. Twitter investigator @HalifaxRetales pointed out this morning that the oft-denied Urban Outfitters Barrington Street location (the one that’s supposedly moving into the former Sam the Record Man) is finally hiring. That’s about as real as it gets if you ask me. And if not, this is the longest episode of Punk’d ever.

Talk of the always-appropriate clothing and accessories store coming to town has been swirling for what feels like forever, and if it’s finally turning out to be true this is really great news for Barrington Street. Hellllllo, foot traffic. We’ve put out requests to Urban Outfitters and Starfish Properties for confirmation and will update as we hear from them.
