To the editor,
I’ve been digging Danny Ledwell’s new CD, Two Over Seven, as I drive my truck to the beach and back everyday. It’s mellow, thoughtful, well recorded and refreshing.
But Ian Gormely in his “Flying solo” article (Jan. 24) may be just a little over-the-top when he writes “Diana Ross. Michael Jackson. Gwen Stefani. They’re all artists who achieved success within a group and then leveraged that success to catapult themselves to superstardom. In-Flight Safety’s Daniel Ledwell is about to join the ranks of these performers.” What is Ian smoking these days? Let’s keep it real, eh?
