Last week we utterly butchered the names of the owners of Flipburger, a new burger shop in Clayton Park (“The Shoptalk Guided Tour: Clayton Park” by Bianca Müller, November 15). The correct (and correctly spelled) owners are Johnny Demestihas and Chris Tzaneteas. We apologize for the error.
