Remarks: Remember soakers? When you’d step into a deep puddle, and water would go into your shoe, and then your sock would get all wet and your friends would go, “Awww, soaker!”, and then you’d have to walk around all day with one dry foot and one clammy, wet foot? This potentially does that. We rattled a few city cages, but without much luck. Be warned, Halifax: This patch of sidewalk would love nothing more than to plunge your warm, dry feet into cold, squishy discomfort.
