Remarks: According to our hot tipper, “I’ve passed by it, day and night, for months (too bad I can’t climb that spiky fence)—always on!” Some other buildings in the gardens—the bandstand, the two newish buildings that flank the church—also emit 24-hour-a-day light. We’re not advocating total park darkness, but this seems excessive. We’re going to give the ducks insomnia. And they’re cranky enough as it is.
