Remarks: It’s a sunny 13 degrees as we write this ticket and we can say with certainty: The warmer it gets, the worse that fence looks. Verge says that everything will be removed by mid-May at the latest…unless…“If it’s a really wet spring, we might have to postpone the date,” he says. As for the fact that the fence itself is falling down in places, “HRM staff would straighten up that area when we could,” he says, “But some members of the public seemed intent on pulling it down.” Damn public…I hate you so much!
