Trident Bookseller’s and Cafe (1256 Hollis) was given props in Elle Canada magazine’s travel section this month. Trident was granted the title of Best Chai for their signature freshly brewed Dragon Chai house tea, boasting distinct flavours of cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, cloves and black pepper.
