First let me make it perfectly clear that I am morally against calling things cute simply because they are small. But all that disappeared when I laid my eyes on Thumbelina, the world’s smallest horse. This little beauty is five years old, and only 17 inches tall! Check out the news story here.

  1. That’s how cuteness is determined. Have you ever heard anyone say, “That skyscraper is sooo cute.”? No. The closer something is to a human baby, the cuter it is. Test that theory out.
