It’s a Catch-22 OP. You have to be sane to recognize insanity. If you are insane then what you’re doing seems perfectly sane. The sane person would then seem insane. She probably thinks the meds are a means in which you’re going to control her. Does she have a family doctor? Maybe schedule a private meeting with them to discuss your concerns.
