None of us like working for you, you’re a complete hypocrite, you promise the world to customers and NEVER follow through so I take it upon myself to deliver YOUR promises. But I’m sick of getting no recognition for cleaning up your mistakes. Our old boss didn’t sit in the office all day, he worked just like all of us. You’re lazy, you bring your problems at home to work, and when one of us has ONE bad week you sit us down and threaten us.
I like my job, but I hate coming to work now. Our sales are lower than ever since you took over and NO employee is happy. You’ve made 4 unnecessary hires in the last 3 months, therefore cutting everyone’s hours drastically.
Why does it seem like the biggest fucktards become everyone’s boss? Maybe I should let someone drop me on my head a few times, maybe I’ll move up in the world.

You don’t need that stress OP, nobody does. My other half used to work for a guy who was completely out of his mind on drugs all of the time. He yelled at everyone, had complete power trips, and threatened jobs all the time, but was as sweet as pie to customers(jerk) My advice, is go above them. Everyone has to answer to someone, and chances are the business owners would not be happy to hear about this activity. Hiring new employees is expensive, and loss in sales, as well as work morale is definitely not good. You could report anonymously or make a petition. Nobody deserves that crap, take this person down a notch.
