You had a green light at the corner of SGR and Queen but she walked out against the red in front of your car. You gave her a friendly toot of your horn to warn her and she slammed your hood with her fists and yelled “Where are you in a hurry to get to?”
You drove off, probably frustrated, a little shaken and then pissed off.
You didn’t get the chance to see the two police officers on foot not far behind her. They waited for the green and caught up to her in front of the TD bank and pulled out their ticket book. —Thought you’d like to know

I don’t even bother slowing down for jaywalkers. I jaywalk too, I’m just smart about it though and make sure I don’t impede traffic.
That intersection is one of the worst in the city for self-righteous jaywalkers. In Edmonton they’d just get run over by five pick-up trucks before anyone even realized what had happened!
