I don’t plan to go out for a nice lunch or supper just to have to deal with loud hammering, sawing and the smell of paint and stainer at a restaurant and be kindly told I am welcome to go downstairs… the noise lingers and the smell travels. gee, o.p., sorry much, NOT.
This is stupid.
…Why didn’t you just not go to the restaurant that you were clearly aware was undergoing renovations, instead of insisting on staying there and bitching about it?
It’s a business. They probably need to stay open in order to be able to gain any financial support to stay open for the future.
Booohooo.
Give me the money you would spend at that restaurant and you can eat frozen chicken nugets in my quiet kitchen.
Go elsewhere. Don’t support that location even after the renovations.
