I know it’s not funny but it certainly is ironic that buddy is in landscaping :P. Raoul is right. First find out if your area has been re-zoned. If not, YOU ask HRM to have him cease and desist operations in a residential neighbourhood. If it has been re-zoned, sux to be U.
