I love this restaurant, but I am sick and tired of being completely ignored by servers who are only interested in serving those above the age of 30. I’m a 21-year-old, and when I go to this place with friends who are completely respectful, we get treated like shit. But when I go out with my 40-year-old co-workers, we get great service. I understand it’s busy, but make an effort. Don’t neglect paying (tipping) customers because of their age. —Still Waiting…

I wouldn’t care how great a restaurant is, if they treated me like that, they’ve lost my business.
I agree with BT. Find a new place to eat.
BTW: any “hints” on the identity of said restaurant?
Its because most servers seem to think if your young then you wont’t tip , and if you don’t tip then your not worth their time.
Don’t tip then. If the service is that lousy don’t give them a penny of reward.
still waiting…
amazingly bad movie…
so bad I do keep watching it on occasion.
AS others said find a new place or don’t tip.As a former server I wait on anyone of any age.Servers I find these days are becoming snobs as to who they wait on.They are doing more harm then good for thier place of employment.Word of mouth gets around pretty fast about these kinds of things.
Either you stop going there or tip well and be a memorable regular (in a good way, of course). Also, ask the manager why the servers ignore you when you are with a younger crowd. 🙂
I never return to places that treat me like shit because of my age. I happen to tip pretty decent when I’m treated like a human being.
Shitty service = no tip. It’s that simple OP.
You can also leave a memo on the receipt.
