Maybe your employee turnover rate would be lower if you treated your staff a little better. Requiring a medical certificate for calling in sick ONE FUCKING TIME is ridiculous. Do you really think I’m going to go pay 5 bucks to get a medical certificate that says I had a migraine and couldn’t come into work? Fuck you. It’s not like you’re PAYING me for my sick time. You’re hardly paying me at all!!!

It is fucking disgusting how some employers treat their staff – I’d really like to see shitheads like this run out of business. A happy staff is a productive staff and these bozos just don’t seem to clue into that concept.

The level of service or quality a business offers will stay low-rate if their staff is always in the learning phase and being treated like shit to boot! I’ve heard the worst bosses tell themselves and others “well, people in never stay in one place”. Some people are just that thick, there’s no explaining it.

It’s because overworking people and treating them like shit has become normalized. perhaps they blame it on the “flighty or unreliable” workers for moving on so often.
