You Really Are Who They Say You Are

I’ve heard them say you’re the nicest guy but didn’t believe it until we were at Lion & Bright, you were there with your friends and I with mine. I was so sad on the inside, I walked away from my friends and went towards the door, you were there, with that ever-present smile, I came up and said hi. You looked at me and just knew, you reached out and hugged me, no words, no need to ask, you just held me, you kept talking to your friends and held me, I pulled back and you smiled and said “feel better” and I did, I left and went home.
