Call SPCA and report it to the dog catcher. This happened to me a few years back and I did just that. Problem solved. They will visit the offending party’s home and warn them. Not sure what happens after that but it worked for me.

op do you live in the hydrostone around Columbus by some chance? I’ve seen this nasty woman and her (admittedly sweet) little dog. This isn’t the dog’s fault, hoss. She encourages this dog to piss and shit on my lawn every damn day. If i see her, i take her picture and I’m about to start putting it up around the neighbourhood if it continues.
