Taxi drivers in Dartmouth just don’t care about customers. Always late, complaining, no service, crappy cars, attitude, what a bunch of asses! I hate you all. I fuckin’ do.

I’ve never had an issue whatsoever with taxi service in Dartmouth. Much better than Halifax side.
Maybe if you didn’t get in the car already hating on them they might carry on a pleasant conversation with you. Cab drivers have feelings too you know…… and honestly, if you hopped in my car with that attitude, I would make sure to take the longest route possible to hear you bitch some more….. might has well go all in!
I agree, Dr. I always call Dartmouth to see if they have a cab in Hali before I’ll call someone else =)
awww, look at all you responsible folk cabbing it.
When you do get a decent cab driver, get his celphone number. I have a couple for the city & a good one will tell you how long he’ll be, so you may have to stay an extra half hour or so, but at least your traveling with someone in a cab your comfortable with !
ahh cabs. My only wish is that the cabs started using the lights on top of the cars properly. Turn them off if you have a customer, it’s really an easy concept. I think it is anyway.
Other then that, I’ve usually had a pretty good experience with them, even catching one DT after going to a bar, with no cell phone. Imagine that:)

Actually, I find I just walk away from the bars a bit where there are less people and the taxi’s are much easier to flag down.

I use to think Bam Margera was so hot, although he also appeared to be a dick, but I could ignore that part of him on screen.
if i call a cab, it will always be casino,they are pretty promt getting to you and getting you to where you want to go, gtheir cabs are always nice, clean and the vast majority of drivers are very genial.
Life Sucks was that a shameless plug ?
Do now we know, Life Sucks works for certain cab company, or owns some type of interest in same ??
I love darkside B^B’s cabs . Never have a problem getting one – never had a bad experience .Try getting a cab to go up abit the east shore from hali. Alittle harder. But aside from that , hali cabs aren’t so bad either .
When I lived there I never any grief at all with cabs, whether it was 3am at the Palace, or getting one during a snow storm on Windmill Rd. I did have one driver fall asleep though while we stopped at the light on North and Gottingen, but I was eating my donair at the time so it was no big deal…

sorry, my business is security monitoring,not owning/driving hack. anyone on here should know that by now. most of my day and night is at one terminal or another, got 5 going here just now, and monitor over 150 security cams in halifax and dartmouth. stores mostly. i also have an auto alert to the cops if i’m not online personally. but i sure could use an emergeny generator, anyone have one that isn’t being used, just sitting at home, hint, hint, wink, wink.

yes q, i could, but that would land you in some kind of invasive shit with john law.and we wouldn’t want that now, would we. my interweave systems are for theft and building security only. altho, for 2,500 bucks, you can buy a very neat little toilet cam. wireless, with a range of about half a mile.
