I’m not saying I like kelly or don’t like kelly, but how many of the people bitching about him actually vote or have voted in municipal elections?
If you dislike him that much, VOTE for someone else next time instead of sitting around with your thumbs shoved up your bung holes.
If someone worth voting for would run against him it may change, I sure as hell wouldn’t be voting in Sloane or Utek, better the Devil you know.
He’s really only a figurehead, is he not? What kind of clout does he honestly have, anyway?
Pretty Kitty, Peter Kelly is only now showing his true colours and has made a number of questionable decisions since the last election. I don’t remember having any issues with Kelly on his previous term.
It’s true… if you don’t vote, why complain.. but I think you will see a much larger turn out for the next municipal election. Why can’t people voice their opinions in the meantime?
Fuck you PK, don’t accuse everyone for not voting, Kelly had lots of votes against him, unfortunately not enough. I voted for Sheila (facepalm), I would have voted for a potted plant or a dirty Kleenex before I voted for that no talent assclown.
I certainly don’t love or respect him and have NEVER voted for him or ever will. I’d vote for a monkey first. And yes, I vote in every election.

I have stopped voting for encumbants & encourage everyone to vote for someone new in every election.
I certainly did vote in the last municipal election, & cannot recall when I haven’t voted in any election for any position including the school board.
I believe it is way past time for a ” none of the above” space on last position on all of our ballots.
IF the highest recorded vote is for ‘none of the above’ in any election in any polling district. With the provision that all of the people on that ballot cannot run again EVER for any office & can go out into the real world & get a damn job.
Give us a new batch of candidates, & we’ll try again.
