Richard Brautigan was a poet,novelist, short stories etc. Took himself out in ’84

I really didn’t know who Richard Brautigan was. I thought maybe the guy who owned Virgin Airlines (Richard Branson) or the one who wrote “Jonathon Livingston Seagull” (Richard Bach) but it turns out I was way off.
