Traffic is light because we folks on the peninsula do not visit/travel/work/care about Dartmouth

Traffic on the Magazine Hill is light? These two roads are so congested that they can’t feed the highway with enough vehicles? I must be missing something between the lines here. And it’s Akerley Blvd.
I travel through there about 3 times per week, the windmill is backed up from ackerley to the bottom of the circ offramp. I’d say it is a little fucked up, too.
