It’s not like we need to go to the polls. Since I’m called every freaking night between 5 and 5:30 by any one of the political parties, asking if I will have their support in the upcoming election, I’d say, “No, we don’t need one.” Because, all they have to do is set up a call centre, and we can wait for our phone call and “vote” that way. Why bother with the actual election day, just do it over a period of time by phone and save us the time of going in person. Oh, and that was sarcasm, in case it didn’t come across.
I always tell them the same thing, “I’m undecided”. Am I really undecided? No, I’m not. It’s just that I believe that who I vote for is nobody else’s business. And it’s not supposed to be anyone else’s business. You know, when we vote, we go behind a screen of some sort, and when we come back out, the paper is folded so that no one can see how I voted. It’s supposed to be hidden.
Why are these people allowed to call and ask a question about something they shouldn’t know? If they have my phone number, then they have my name. It really ticks me off that they can do this under the guise of guaging how the candidates are faring in popularity. How accurate can these polls be? I’m sure I’m not the only one giving misleading answers. I wish they’d just leave me be to vote how I feel, and stop with the phone calls. —My Vote, My Business

you have been getting calls, from them? just once, i wish one of them would call me. boy, do i got a ucking earful for them.
elections are called o.p., because they have to be. when the people feel they are getting fucked over, by those in office, we want to get rid of them, and by law, we cannot shoot them. so we have a ballot to decide their fate.
personally, i am for catapulting them in the air, see who goes the farthest, and has less damage. if they manage to get up, and walk away, and still wanna be a politition, then that’s the one i want leading this country.
or just use thing to toss them all in the ocean, either way,it would be a ball to watch.
