It’s winter, windy and cold. The OUT OF SERVICE bus sits empty, soon to be the number 1 bus, left us riders, out in the cold. You, the driver, just sat there and when you were good and ready, you ALLOWED us on YOUR bus. I shouldn’t have to leave my personal info to leave a complaint. It’s time bus activity was tracked by GPS, didn’t us taxpayers pay for that already? —Trying to be GREEN

  1. If you want to know that bad then you would have left your contact info…they didn’t ask for your sin number for goodness sake!

  2. And the GPS would indicate the bus was exactly where it was supposed to be . What does that matter whether you were let onboard or not. The driver let you on when s/he was allowed to let you on. Do you bitch at store owners for not opening their doors before opening time? Whaaaaa whaaaa it’s 8:50am I know you don’t open until 9:00am but it’s me and it’s cold out, let me in, afterall I am special.

  3. OH piss off, OP and dress appropriately. Anyone who uses metro transit knows that it’s likely, in the winter months, that you MAY have to stand outside in the cold and that *gasp* dressing warmly is necessary.

Driver was probably on a break — they’re entitled to those, you know — and they’re usually at the end/start of their routes and he/she probably didn’t want to have to deal with job requirements on their downtime. I know *I* like to shut my door to my office during my lunch break because HAY I don’t get paid to deal with people when I’m trying to eat my lunch.

  4. Yes, and the plane is clearly on the tarmac and going to YOUR destination so perhaps you should be allowed to board whenever you wish regardless of the schedule. Back off on the bleach!

  5. I agree the bus driver could have been nice and let you all on the nice warm bus, but if it was my break (which I think might only be like 5 or 10 mins at a time for bus drivers) I might not open the door either.

  6. Try being on the #52 that is supposed to leave Lacewood Terminal at 8:52am to go to Bayers Lake but the driver decides to leave at 9:15am because he has to go to the store. When he came back from the store a passenger asked why we didnt leave on time. He told her to sit down and shut up. This is the same driver that wouldnt allow a large stroller on the bus.

  7. Our remote car starters are so nice, especially in the winter when it’s cold outside. Both vehicles can be warmed up in the driveway without leaving the house 🙂

  8. Because sebastard take every opportunity he can to brag about the shit he has.

Reeks of insecurity and self-hatred if you ask me.

  9. they have certain rules to follow, and as such, if you don’t wana wait, then grab a cab. i love how everyone that rides the bus, thinks it’s their own personal transport, it’s not.
so if you are cold, then you should make the effort to go inside the terminal place at mumford, or where ever. don’t stand around like a fucking idiot.

  10. I was on the “1” yesterday, when the driver switched his sign to OUT OF SERVICE from SS to the Dartmouth Terminal to make up time on his route.

I really felt for the poor cold folks at the stops as we shot by.

  11. Yeah but the 1 runs like every 10-15 mins or something so it’s not *that* bad. Plus it was fairly mild yesterday for the middle of February.

  12. Of course it reeks of insecurity. He wouldn’t blab about his SUV so much if he were actually able to be proud of his penis.

  13. Hey, I got home faster PK, but once and awhile I do feel a small bit of pity.

    Usually in the shower…

  14. Yes, what is the problem with just letting people wait on your bus, is you’re soon to be on a route and aren’t going home for the night?
