When will P. Kelly call his buddies at the PD and arrest these transit protesters, the same way they did the occupy protesters? You know, throw them down on the ground on a major holiday in the middle of a rain and wind storm, and arrest their asses.

  1. As long as they aren’t pooping in buckets and giving themselves dysentery or plugging into the grid to power their coffee makers I think the MT guys are safe.

  2. he won’t, know why? because it is a legal strike by the members of the transit drivers. and the occupy movement bullsghit was an entirall different thing. learn to know difference between the two.

  3. 1. They setup an information picket at their work places.
    2. They notified HPD of their march to Grand Parade and had a police escort.
    3. They protested at Grand Parade, didn’t interfer with the use of the park by other citizens and left after a reasonable time.
    4. Fires in trash cans are permitted as long as can has a grated cover and the flames don’t shoot above the lid.

    That’s how to protest within the law.
