Umm… Whut? I’ve been here the entire time, but no, you haven’t seen me. I’m no longer friends with our old mutual friend DED; in fact I avoid him like the plague because I want nothing to do with him. I want to live my life in peace. —The ghost of Hali

Who fuckin cares?
So who is this mysterious DED? Is it short for ‘Dead-End Dick’? ‘Dumpster Eating Dingus’? ‘Dipshit Emoting Dingleberry’?
What is the intent of this? Is it a bitch?
Someone think they’re far more important then they actually are.
Apparently “ghosting” is the new buzzword. It used to be called snubbing or avoiding or simply “walking away” but it has been rebranded for a new generation. Makes it sound like less of a negative thing and more of a carefully chosen tactic. It also seems a bit like the inverse of the “get an award just for showing up trend” of recent years…. except the reward in this case is from not showing up at all. 🙂
I can identify with this.
So many times I bump into acquaintances who say things like, “oh wow, I can’t believe I’m seeing you out of the house! You never leave the house!”
Um, I am at parties and cottages and out and about all the time; I’m never home on the weekends, and many weekday evenings too.
I’m just not hanging out with you and your crowd.
Sheesh.
If this is a bitch then OP’s life must be fairly rosy which is good. Seem to be a lot of these direct to one person messages in here recently. A new way to communicate when you really do not wish to do so, perhaps?
WFC?
It’s probably because you’re unlikable OP. I always avoid people I dislike.
