Good luck OP. Hold on, the jobs are coming. I Love my job. Mainly because I work with men. I love men. I hate working with women. They are just too catty and jealous for my liking. Give me men any old day. I get along just fine with them. 😉
Do you have a trade, OP? If not, go get one, by the time you’re done school they are supposed to be starting the building, give or take a year. Right now it’s just in the stages of actually getting the yard ready for the building. I’ve heard from a lot of people that these economic benefits that have been promised are greatly exaggerated. Surprise surprise.

The jobs went overseas – at least thats where the design consultation went. Apparently, Canada can’t design its own ships.

The Ships will be built about the same time as we, the serfs, reap the benefits from Dexters MustHave Falls, the downtown is revitalised, gun crime stops and cyclists show some common sense.
It’ll take some more time, the NS government is still trying to find some more money at the Irving’s because they don’t have enough.
