What on earth were you expecting?You actually paid to see a remake of the Wicker Man starring Nicholas Cage, directed by a guy with nothing good under his belt..Do some research first – It’s people like you who PAY for Crap (even if you dont like it) who cause Hollywood to produce MORE crap.Its great that you’re telling people not to see it, but why didn’t you see/listen to the 1000’s ALREADY saying that??
I agree whole-heartedly. I feel as though I was robbed, not only of $11, but also of two and a half hours of my life that I can never get back.

I dont know. Nicolas Cage does always look like hes smelling a fart but he does it well. Like Its a meaty fart, and he likes it. He has done some good movies and maybe it was the other actors directors and script writers who made it good.Heres a few: “Matchstick men”Hmmm I cant really think of any others. I saw thew “weather man” last night and that was soso.Ok so he sucks but remakes usuazlly do.
Now I’ll never look at Nicholas Cage without laughing at his FART-FACE! haha! I didn’t see the movie cause I could tell it was bad..just the preview made me feel robbed of my sanity. They should have made it a story about Nick as a tall,handsome,fart-smelling candlestick maker. haha.
Hey imdb.ca…so I didn’t check out the reviews before I went two weeks ago…the trailer looked semi intriguing…I don’t always like to listen to reviews though either…there have been a lot of movies that have gotten not so great reviews that I’ve liked…that being said, after I went to this movie…i did read the reviews and they are hilarious! BBC gave it a 0/5!! No one seems to have anything too great to say about it and with very, very good reason. I can deal with cheesy movies but not with ones that make absolutely no sense.
I must say the original is one of my faves of all time. Don’t care much to see a remake. Nick’s already been a firefighter and a paramedic, now a police inspector? Is there any other professions ol’ fartface can’t barely act?

How the hell did the crash in the begining tie into that movie at all???? this movie did suck extremely bad….
Clearly it is no surprise to see Nicolas Cage in a bad movie (Con Air, Face Off, National Treasure, etc). However, although I dislike him I must admit he has put in a few great performances, in movies like Leaving Las Vegas, Adaptation, and Matchstick Men.
Did anyone even SEE the original Wicker Man?!?! Even the original didn’t make sense….what were you expecting from the remake? ….More plotlines? HAH!I still like the original more though.
