So we went to the Michael Jackson tribute and it was far from that—let’s just say heard the same three songs at least 10 times each. Cover was $12 advertised but at the door it was $20. Try a decade or so earlier than that if you’re such a devoted fan.
By ’86, he was getting pretty close to being over, and had fallen pretty deep into the bizarre charicature of his former self that we knew him for in recent years.

An MJ tribute? Why would you even waste money to see that? he’s dead, has been for quite some time, and clearly his family is just trying to milk his name for all the money they can. They’re to get everyone to forget that he was a child molesting freak and loved children a little too much.

I went to see a tribute to Queen at Dal with Symphony NS last year. Worth the money. Queen Rules!
MJ’s Thriller was the only album (video) I enjoyed.
