On Saturday night, I spent over an hour in the rain waiting in line to see a show. I bought my $29 ticket in advance, so I wouldn’t have to wait.
It took so long as they only had one rude bouncer checking IDs and another rude bouncer waving a metal detector. Once I got inside the bar was half empty!
This bar used to be a fun place to go. Now it seems they just don’t care.
I’m not going back there.
PS The show was fun, but not enough to make up for the venue.

I know!!! i was there also and did the same except waited in the rain way longer!!!!!
and to top it off it was a short show!

Man I can’t imagine waiting in the rain for over an hour to get into any bar downtown. Wouldn’t matter who was playing just doesn’t seem worth it.
you deserve to wait outside such a dodgy (in more ways than one) wannabee bar. save your $29 and buy tickets for a show in Montreal or Toronto.
ever think the bouncers might be rude cuz they dont enjoy standinging in the rain either, and haven people come up ever ten secconds sooking aobut the rain and pre buying tickets? we dont control the weather, sorry not God here………and pre paid just means u get a ticket before their sold out doenst mean u just hope out of a cab and have a red carpet there to walk stright thru…..what do u think happens when people have tickets to a sproting event, thank you point proven! good day all u sooks!
people were just too understanding and like to complain, doors open at 10 says that everywhere………so yes u waited for however long and when ya got in the bar was empty cuz we had just opened, and to complain bout metel dececting and everything is even more lame we’re ensuring ours and your own safety
you’re full of shit ms. rained on, you bought an advance ticket to save $9 and guarantee your spot in the facility, nothing more. Bullshit on the second count because i arrived at 10pm, got in line at the damn discovery center and i was having my first slippery nipple at 10:46pm, aaaaand, i checked my coat and umbrella first, for FREE none the less. Doors opened at 10pm, that wasn’t a secret, it was raining, still no secrets… RuPaul was great, granted a little short, but certainly worth the $29 i paid in advance only so i wouldn’t have to pay $39 at the door. Get a grip and quit the exaggerations. I’m super happy i won’t have to see you at Ref’s ps since you’ve decided to never go again, you sound like a real drag…. ha ha ha ha ha get it?
didnt like there job because of the rain? well they didnt seem to mind as they were covered by the roof in the door way and they seemed to enjoy all the sluts around

Notice some of these bouncers have been bouncers for 10-15 years! They can’t function in the real world so they stay where they are.
