First the good, then the bad.
So its great that you guys have opened a new pub. Its beautiful inside and the “theme” is encouraging.
But.
WHAT is up with the stage? Seriously, my bathroom is bigger than that! It’s also in a terrible spot in the room (adjacent to the bar, at floor level by the servers’ station and basically invisible).
As I recall, the former occupants had a REALLY great stage, in a focal location in the room. It’s gone.
I can’t imagine a drum set, amps, mics AND a band occupying that new stage simultaneously.

uh… is floor level actually a stage?
I’d say you’d be good to avoid gigs there, wherever this new-fangled place is.
There are so few venues to play in the region I say suck it up, OP.
the former owners had a great stage and then sold the bar – maybe there’s a correlation here?
bad stage – lots of boozers
good stage – great music, no room for piss tanks to pay the bills
