First off all I would like to say, if you choose to do drugs, drink, smoke, whatever, that’s fine. We as human beings have that ability to make our own choices. I smoke the herb myself….BUT…you DO NOT sit in a busy parking lot, West End Mall @ Access NS, rolling your dope and either crushing up pills or snorting lines of blow. You know who you are, and yes I saw what you were doing, you pityful watse of existance. GO HOME or somewhere a little more inconspicuous to get fucking trashed outta your mind. Also, it’s really comforting to know that not only were you sitting in your car, with the door WIDE open so the whole world could see, with your blow or whatever right there on your lap displayed for all, getting FUBAR, but you are going to go out and drive around town in traffic….seems an intelligent thing to do. I’ll be keeping my eye out for you…I have seen you around before, and I am sure I’ll see you again…the next time however, I will not simply drive away. Had I not been so stunned, I would have kicked your ass and through out your dope in a heart beat…if my kid would have been with me, I would have definitly made a lovely example of you. TO ALL ASPIRING JUNKIES…go the fuck away from here, do a huge hit and hurry up and fucking die. I am SICK AND TIRED of PAYING to continually enable you cocksuckers. Wether it be health care or employment, or welfare. You are a danger to yourself and society. Either get off the drugs or go away from me, my neighbourhood, my city and my province.

  1. While I do agree that some people tend to have more addictive personalities, I’m still not so sure about addiction = disease. What I will NOT accept is blowing off personal responsibility for that reason. There’s TONs of info out there as to WHY drugs /booze/gambling etc are NOT good for you. Somewhere along the line, the addict made the CHOICE to have that first line, puff, drink etc. Its a choice. whether someone gets over their head after that, it was their choice to start at day 1. The people the OP is referring to ARE a danger, with not enough sense to stay off the road, and out of the public eye. See how it goes over after they cause harm while impared. “Not my fault your honor, I’m an addict, I can’t help myself…”

  2. This is like people yelling out there personal problems in public on a cell phone, riding rails in a parking lot with the door open?? really?? Ill do me , you do you, Im not gonna waste my life telling a junkie or alcholic that they are hurting themselvesbut I think alot of people have lost a sense of self respect

  3. Addiction is a choice if the person knows they are trying a substance that can be addictive. People know meth, crack, booze and cigarettes can be a hard habit to quit but they made the decision to try it then realised its grabbed onto them and they need more. People need to be responsable and make good decisions, trying a highly addictive substance then claiming its something outside your control is pure nonsense.

  4. just like i said in the other thread, addiction is not a choice. no one grows up aspiring to be a junkie.some genetic traits make some people more susceptible to addiction. just like mental disease, cancer, or hair colour.

  5. People should stop making excuses for themselves. I consume drugs, but not drugs that will inflict serious harm on my body. It’s not a disease, it’s a mistake that you keep making. It would be the same if I started cheating on my partner with another man because I couldn’t say no when he calls or walks by. Just plain wrong. I could care less if its out in the open, I wouldn’t have a problem telling my children what will happen to them if they do what they saw. Nothing good except the high, and when its over, you’re the same sad person you were when you started.

  6. OP, you make some pretty intelligent observations… not just herb these people are doing (it’s possible the herb would be legal), they’re doing it in a public place and it’s obvious post mind-altering-drug-consumption this person is going to drive on our streets. You’re articulate and fairly reasonable with your assertions right up to the point where you’d like to lay your hands on this person and give them a good ass kicking. What happened? You had sense enough to notice what was going on but what happened to your “call 911” education? You’d rather post a meaningless bitch like this (crack heads have better things to do than troll the boards), you threaten an illegal action of your own but where is the reasoning to simply get them busted? Don’t bitch. Act! Coward.

  7. Snitches on crackheads normally find their house broken into or a firebomb in retaliation.Remember, in the hood there’s do’s and don’ts, and when it gets hot in the kitchen, stop snitching. Just stop snitching.

  8. Nice attitude Gimp. Perhaps we should ignore all of the swarmings, old ladies getting pummeled by table legs, robberies, knifings and shootings as well. Would that make you feel more at home Gimp?

  9. Don’t wanna be a snitch? Who’s gonna tell? You claim to be bothered by such behavior but will do nothing (legal) about it and that explains a lot about the high crime rates and ineffectiveness of Crime Stopper programs everywhere but especially here in the HRM. Since when does an anonymous 911 caller get their house broken into and when you live in the hood what have you got to lose besides a thieving, crackhead neighbor?

  10. Close, not the W, the Westside sign. No, didn’t say that, if you are there it’s not snitchin it’s protecting your turf. If it is someone abusing themeslves or selling those abuses to others willing to purchase them, then that’s entreprenurship and should be respected. Same as all those other people that sell vices like Keiths or Malborough or porn or KFC… And I didn’t say not to snitch I just outlined the consequences of snitching.
