To the member of the Canadian Military Police who parked his unmanned cruiser outside a grocery store last Friday night and left it idling while you went in to get food… thanks for wasting our tax dollars you bloated excuse for a human being and thanks for doing your part to pollute our world. And thanks for lying about why you left the car running for over 10 minutes on a warm evening. You, chump, are a waste of space! —Hardworking taxpayer

  1. That’s actually a pet peeve of mine too, when government vehicles are left idling. They DO have policies preventing it too. Get their number and report it.

I was actually constantly on the case in my hometown, nagging the head of parks & rec and public works to make sure their men stuck to the no idling thing. Irritated them, but it’s policy, they have to follow it. (Helped that I was really good friends with the department heads!)

  2. I amount of money lost by leaving a vehicle idling is chump change compared to the money they waste on those fake wars they try to legitimize.

  3. How many wars have the Military Police caused, Sebastabitch?. Doesn’t have to be specific; a ballpark figure will do.

  4. do you know how long a car has to idle before it even amounts to a legit amount of gas? 10 minutes is like driving a block or two.

  5. How can he tell, Ivan! I wasn’t in the news… All they’re going on about these days is rescuing and helping those damn japanese who are suffering, oh, I dunno, that crisis or something. But hey, it’s the MPs who are wasting millions on war?!? /sarcasm

Ack. fake wars = idling cars. Riiiiiiight.

  6. Military police are the lowest of the low in the military world. And the police world. And my world ;D.

  7. being a smart ass mother fucker that i am,i would have opened the door, and got in the passengers seat. can you imagine how fucking stunned he would have looked. and by the way, didn’t you have a cel phone camera on you? i thot everyone had one these fucking days?

  8. Supposedly, the cops leave their cars idling so they don’t have to re-boot everything when they start the car.

  9. Hugo – I would assume that the laptop would have a battery?

Everyone else – the proper term for military police is meathead.

  10. It should be pointed out C. Mike that there is a competing school of thought which favours the term “Bonehead” on the grounds that meat is expensive and has value.
Any serving Forces members out there: which trade is held in lower regard? MPs, or payclerks?
Me Old Dad (37 years in) always said that he would believe in coincidence the day he encountered a clerk who ever had any trouble getting his pay.

  11. military police vehicles on duty are never turned off….some of them idle at the depot all night. get over it.

better we waste our tax dollars on upping limits on student loans or concerts for the deadheads.

  12. hmm, i live by windsor park and see the mp cars on my way to work every day, walking past them. never see any of them idling at the “depot” makes me wonder what is and what isnt falsehoods here.

  13. MMMM – long simmered marrowbone soup. Put pigs knuckles and kraut mit spaetzle are also good. A dilemna.

  14. Just don’t tell your dinner guests about the marrow, until after they finish, then it’s too late for them to get ‘grossed out’.
