nova scotia has the most ridiculous driver’s licenses i have ever seen. seriously, they look like the $5 “souvenir” ones that you can buy in any major city. the information on the back is on a goddamn clear sticker! WTF?! i have yet to travel anywhere outside of atlantic canada without getting harassed about the shoddiness of my driver’s license. they might as well all have “MCLOVIN” written in big bold letters instead of actual names. at least then it would be “ha ha”-funny instead of “you obviously come from a ghetto province”-funny.

What I can’t believe is that every time I move they just give me a sticker for the back with my new address. Every time I go to pick up something at the post office, I have to tell them to flip it over for my address. It’s ridiculous and doesn’t look real.

Yeah, because the ones from every other province is perfect. Have you ever seen a BC license? It’s got so many security features on it because of rampant fraud that you can barely read the DOB on it.
Jesus it’s just a drivers license, how often do you even have to pull it out. Get a passport, are they cool looking enough for you.

Idiot. I have traveled worldwide and never had a problem using my license to rent cars. If you don’t like the license, give it back to the DMV.

Actually after seeing just about every licence in North America and some European, our licences are laid out very well. As for the address change stickers? it’s a lot cheaper than paying for a new card.
My husband’s license in England was a rattyass piece of paper, so I don’t think we’re doing too badly, Bro Tim.
