I hadn’t eaten lunch, I checked in for my appointment, and asked if there was any where on the floor to buy a snack. No such luck. It didn’t help that I was nervous beyond belief over the fact that I was at this clinic in the first place, but doing something so nerve-wracking on an empty stomach was a bad idea.
Thank you so much to the young lady sitting in the waiting room who had overheard my conversation with the receptionist. You asked if I was hungry and gave me your fruit bar. Little things like that go a long way, and you made my day so much better. —Thanks for the Snack
