i said it before and will say so one more time. i really think there should be a forensic audit done as far back as 50 years.2 or 3 are no good,you have to really start digging to find the first fat pig to start this trend. then when you find who the lead pig was,start criminal actions against them all.

aside from the fact that it would be 50 years of expenses, most wouldn’t have required receipts… and you would have to take inflation into consideration on what was overpaid.
