Also, thanks for training your dog to use the bathroom on the balcony and then hanging up on me when I called up to say that that totally was not cool, then treating me like a freak for saying something you didn’t like.

this sounds like a bitch from a few months back. i will say basically the same now, as i did then.get a long cord with a plug on the end. screw a small screw in underside of deck where dog normally goes. attach one side of wire to screw, attach other side to a piece od metal that is solid. wait til dog comes out to do business, plug in for about 10 seconds. no more dog shit and piss problem.
