I’ve been in your situation OB. You need to figure out a course of action based on thinking about the source of your dissatisfaction:
your employer?
your position within the company?
your supervisor?
a dead end career?
If your company is considered one of the best, there are many reasons for that. It appears that the problem is likely with yourself. Grow some balls and have some accountability for your own failures.
Why don’t you just be grateful to even have a job?
