People who drive… listen up… it is LEGAL to turn left from from the left hand lane of a one way street onto a one way street!!! LEGAL! I promise. Look it up! I get stuck behind people at Duke and Hollis constantly. And why won’t the city post some signs or something?! Argh! 😛

  2. Actually… it’s a relatively new rule. A lot of people just don’t know. But the odd time that I drive to work… more often than not, I get stuck behind someone at that light. A polite little “toot toot” on the horn once it’s safe to make the turn never has any effect whatsoever. I just wish the city would post a “left turn on red” sign.
