My little cousin is autistic. He is the kindest, quietest kid on the face of the earth.
It’s his 100% completely normal brother who’s the loudmouth.
Why not just complain to the landlord? If it continues, complain again, etc. Eventually the landlord will get sick of hearing from you and evict them.
