I feel your pain and I 100% agree with you but… This kind of thing has been happening for years, there is nothing new here, drunkass students bust shit up, so why-o-why do people leave their bicycles chained up close enough to the sidewalk that someone can toss a newspaper box (likely a heavy one at that) at them? This has always baffled me, why do people leave their primary mode of transportation lying around, especially when you see the unusable carcasses of bicycles with their rims mangled and frames twisted chained to poles all over this city? Did you really think this only happens to other people? FaaaaaaaK!!!!
