I am NATURALLY skinny and bony. That’s just the way my body looks. If you paid attention, you’d know that I eat A LOT. If someone offers me chocolate, or a cookie, or a random plate of spaghetti, I will take it. I adore food. So why do people assume I’m not eating enough because of my body shape? I don’t see someone who’s chubby and say, “You need to lose weight” so why would you think it’s acceptable to tell me I need to gain weight? There is not just one body shape that is THE healthy body shape. We come in all shapes and sizes. Also, telling me I’m skinny is like saying to someone with a mole on their face, “You have a mole on your face.” I KNOW. —I Love Me Some Doughnuts

That sucks OB. I know a few people who have a hollow leg and are thin. They are blessed with a fast metabolism. Don’t let those people put you down. Be thin and be proud!
Most of my friends who are overly skinny are incredibly unhealthy, mainly due to the fact that they eat like crap constantly because they feel like they can – unfortunately, fat or not, arteries still clog :S

me too op. But listen to ustwess. We are not immune from diseases of affluence just because we have inefficient metabolic processes.
Are you a boy, OB? I love skinny boys; and especially feeding them!
Great bitch OP! You are right, just because you have a great metabolism, it doesn’t mean poeple should shit on you.
You do need to eat some healthy foods though for the long haul. .. and I don’t mean Meaty’s protein shakes.
“Meaty’s protein shakes.”

Thanks Reg, ya evil bastard.
I hear that. I was just telling my friends how I’m tired of people telling me I’d look healthier if I gained weight – Do you know how hard it is for me to gain weight? The amount of crap I’d have to eat to gain weight would actually make me LESS healthy. And the double standard has always pissed me off. I’m tall and skinny and since elementary, I’ve been made fun of for it. When people point out that I’m too skinny, it hurts just as much as it would hurt to tell someone they are too fat. (not so much anymore because I’m more confident) but it’s always been tied to negative feelings so that’s what I feel even if they didn’t mean it that way. What I hear is “You’re different! HAHA!” I guess what pisses me off the most is the fact that I have not and NEVER would point out someone’s weight “problem”. I’d like the same respect, thanks.
Embrace your skinny self, OP, and learn to make fun of yourself (i.e. – Yes, I know I look like a spagetti with eyes) and beat those jealous drips to the punch.
Enjoy it while you can….
once you stop the coke, you’ll be packing on the lbs in no time.
Meaty. Feeding them what? Hmmmmm?
