How inconsiderate was that? And yes I fucking waved the cops over–you think I’m fucking scared of you? I’m not dealing with that shit, I got my smoke on outside and you fucking should of too! I both agree and disagree. lol Yeah, you’re at a rock concert, it is expected. BUT, you are not allowed to smoke in the Metro Centre. Simple as that. Not cigarettes or weed…or anything else for that matter. And most of the time, they’re pretty good about it at shows, in regards to toking out in the smoking section, outside. I do it and have never been hasseled. But I don’t light up inside. It really isn’t fair to anyone in the building, especially the kids there…forget about the fact that it is illegal to do inside. So I agree, smoke your pot at your rock shows, outside with the rest of the smokers/tokers. But not so cool calling the cops over. I wouldn’t have gone that far.
I was sitting next to these jerks! Hopefully there weren’t more of them. I asked them to put their shit out and they blew it in my face. Maybe the cops were excessive, but I wasn’t the only one who asked them to put it out or smoke outside, at least 3 other people did. They had their chance. I went to one of the guys on the floor, told them and asked to be moved. I was so damn pissed off but luckily I got moved to the non smoking section!
halitor, and anyone else who expects weed at a concert; guess what, times have changed. Many people may have decided to attend based on the fact that there would be no smoke.Personally as a non smoker,( because this is about smoking , not what you were smoking;) I was 100% fine with how there used to be a smoking area INSIDE ( at any public area ) , but I don’t make the rules. Smoking is outside and Good for those who complained. We weren’t allowed to bring our beer into the seats either.
I was there and got stuck next to smokers. They were nice enough to put out the j when they noticed people around them were gagging. I’m not against smoking, but take it outside.
