Everytime you smoke your crap on your balcony, I have to close the windows in my apartment. You inconsiderate prick! You know how hot this building gets in the evening. And, that skunk weed of your is the most putrid weed I’ve ever smelled. It smells worse than a homeless drunkard sitting at the bus stop with shit in his pants. —Get Yourself Indoors

  1. Call the police, they will tell you your options…..one of which is filing a legal complaint against the person, and then the police can charge them. There is no reason why you should have to put up with some stoner’s illegal drug addiction and ignorance.

  2. If he didn’t smoke it outside you would be complaining that the hallway smells like pot. If you have never said anything about it, he probably thinks he’s being polite to smoke it outside.

  3. yes, smoking it outside, inconveniencing just you, is much better than pissing off the whole building….
though if it bugs you that much, you could always buy him a vapourizer…
    I’m sure he’d appreciate it.

  4. Knock on his door first, or slide a note under the door. Is smoking aloud inside the units in your building? If not then that’s their only option. He should put a towel under the door and smoke inside, I’m glad I live on the top floor of my building, then again I live in Highfield so I’m pretty sure it’s a non issue.

Actually you’re the ignorant one for claiming marijuana is an addiction. If someone’s smoking of either weed or tobacco is bothering you then do the grownup thing and politely inform them of that fact so a solution can be found. Or be a prick like sebastard and waste the police’s time on a small issue.

  6. yeah, what Sodey said (although weed is a non physically addictive substance, it’s addictive nonetheless) It’s not the illegality of this substance that bothers you, it’s the smell. If it was cigarettes you’d have no leg to stand on, legally. I’m sure if you mention it to him or leave a note it can be resolved peacefully. You’ve taken the time to write this bitch, so slip a note under his door before you start making phone calls because guess what, if you get him evicted there’s no guarantee the next neighbor won’t be even worse.

Consider this OP, if you were a (cigarette) smoker, wouldn’t you defend your right to do as you please on your own balcony? No matter how much the smell bothered anyone? Legal or not the smell would piss you off. If I was a cigarette smoker I’d smoke outside no matter how much anyone didn’t like it because I’m not going to stink up my apartment.

  7. Eventually, though, tommy, smokers stop smelling the stink and get used to it… which is why I’m CONVINCED so many of them are arseholes about smoking where they shouldn’t — they don’t really understand how putrid that shit smells.

Nothing more disgusting smelling than someone getting on the bus in the rain after furiously puffing on the remnants of their cancer stick when they see the bus a’comin’. NASTY.

  8. Yeah but then you get stuck with the assholes that put putrid scents all over themselves. I’ll take smoke over Axe or grandma’s shiity perfume anytime.

  9. “And, that skunk weed of your is the most putrid weed I’ve ever smelled.”

    You’re just jealous.

  10. Personally, I think there should be laws against smokers parked at a red light that leave their windows down for more than 30 seconds. that should be long enough for them to roll up their windows so I don’t have to smell their filthy stinking breathe.

  11. something tells me you probably have habits and behaviors that piss your neighbours off just as much as his do. Anal retentive turds make terrible neighbours.

  12. OP, every time he goes out onto the patio, play Barry Manilow songs to ruin his peaceful experience. this was a tactic deployed at the Waco texas stand off. If you are lucky, he wont burn the place down when he commits suicide.

  13. Unfortunately, a fiery death is probably inevitable when Johnny Welfarecheck crashes on his bedbug infested futon, knocking over the patchouli-candle onto his genuine, hand woven uruguayan poncho. It’s only unfortuante because flame tends to climb. Fresh batteries in the smoke detectors OP.

  14. Way to assume pot smokers are all poor and on welfare you clueless fuckwad. It’s not crack, it’s weed you old sod.

  15. TOTALLY agree with Sodeypop on everything he said, and with tommy as well.

I go out on my balcony to be considerate of the other people in my building. I wouldn’t even think of the smell outside bothering people inside. If my neighbour came to me and let me know, I would definitely try and fix the problem for them.

Oh yeah, like sodeypop said, thinking people who smoke weed are on welfare and poor is really clueless and ignorant. I make pretty good money, and have a pretty great job, but I do it.

  16. OP your neighbour is probs not even aware. Let ’em know.

Ever BBQ-on the first floor. I know when ma does that shit and my window is open two floors up … my clothes smell like chicken.

  17. LOL – Thanks Hugo. >; )

You kids do realize that you’re getting your panties all in a twist over a Simpson’s reference, right?

  18. There’s very little smell when you use a vaporizer. Makes the stash last much longer, the high is much better and cleaner, and also little-to-no first nor second hand smoke. Dropping $180 for a Deluxe Daddy is one of the best investments for a hooter.

  19. I bought a vaporizer when I was a teen, my friends never really gave it a chance and then it got broken, can’t bring myself to buy another one. I’ve never experienced it. I like joints.

  20. A lot of friends who smoke also prefer joints to bongs, pipes and vaporizers. I like whatever gives me the buzz but lean towards joints as well. When at home I’ll use the vaporizer.

Wouldn’t mind having PF over for session sometime 😉
