You need to get a life, none of her staff talk badly about her.. they actually all like her! =) So before you go an make assumtions about a woman you dont even know.. I suggest you get to know her. She is actually a wonderful woman! Yes, sometimes people get frustrated with demanding customers..BUT she is only human, like the rest of us. You are not a king or a queen so you do not have the right to say things about someone, whether you know them or not. She ABSOLUTELY does deserve to be manager, she is great at her job. Lets see you put up with your crap all day.. Yeah, dont think so!!

I have been in this establishment and I tend to agree with the OP, the manager is UNPROFESSIONAL on a good day, she clearly trashes and bad mouths people while she’s in the back and her loud ass BOOMING VOICE, carries through the shop,,,,,,,I continue to go there because like the OP it’s for the product….AND IT’S NOT HER STORE!! She just runs the damn place….if she was the franchise owner I certainly would frequent another coffee shop, I love going in and SHE’S NOT WORKING, and OH YEAH I have told her to her FACE, how unprofessional she is!! She looks right through you when you complain, my next step is to complain to the owner!!

Ok…she may be a nice woman outside of work, but her actions at her place of employment speak LOUDLY, and this forum is for people to bitch it’s not being childish, it’s bitching about the LACK of customer service skills this woman seems to have, either she hates her job so much that it reflects in her attitude, or she’s generally a mean person. You say she is not because you know her, well I’ve seen her MANY times in the store and as a manager she needs some help. Nothing about her as a person, but as a manager…those kids at that store could certainly do better if she wasn’t so negitive!!
