Lose the attitude displayed to many of your customers. Doesn’t matter if we spend $5 or $500, we’ve still spent money that goes into your cash register, we’re all still entitled to friendly service.
Your staff members know customer service skills, so perhaps you can hide in an office and not be on the front lines. It’ll help your business in the long run.
Too bad though—many in the area thought the place would be an awesome addition to downtown but have returned to supporting other retailers because of being looked down on for not pulling out wads of cash. —Not Being Made of Money Doesn’t Make You Less of a Customer

There is a pet store downtown? Is it an actual good supplies store, or do they sell sick animals from puppy mills, and where the hell is it? Inquiring minds want to know.
are you sure it wasn’t a meat shop?
This is the same guy who opened the exotic pets store in Lakeside, yes I said Lakeside. It catered to the welfare types and lasted about as long as Mayor Bumbles last bowel movement.
